You will work closely with another HR officer, initially for a period of six months, with the possibility of extension or a direct contract with Top Employers depending on performance and team needs.
What will you do as an HR Officer?
You will support the People Operations team with both administrative tasks and HR advisory support. Yes, you will draft contracts and update systems, but you will also be the first point of contact for HR related questions from managers and employees. Think performance issues, absence management or interpreting company policies. You will work closely with HR Business Partners, Recruitment, Payroll and report directly to the Head of People Operations. This role gives you insight into the full HR cycle, from contracts to conversations.
These will be your tasks:
- handling day to day HR queries from managers and employees
- advising on performance management, absence and policy interpretation
- managing the HR inbox together with your colleague
- drafting contracts and offer letters
- processing updates in the HR system and Excel

Working at Top Employers Institute means being part of an organization that values its employees as much as its mission. Based on your background and experience, you’ll earn a gross monthly salary between €2.850 and €3.400 (based on 40 hours).
You’ll start with a temporary contract of 6 months, with a possibility of extension depending on performance and team needs.
